The workshop will be held at the Eldorado Hotel and Spa in historic Santa Fe, New Mexico. A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel. Two nights of free lodging will be provided on a first-come basis to a limited number of the qualified U.S. Power Faculty (tenured, tenure-track or adjunct faculty who are teaching Power Systems and related course(s) at a university in the United States). The exact number that we will be able to support will depend on our NSF and ONR funding. If you qualify for the complimentary lodging, we will make your hotel reservation for you and send you confirmation. If you would like to make changes or additions to your hotel stay, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Industry Participants

The procedure for industry participants to register is the same as that for the faculty.  While registering online, in the box where it asks for courses you teach, simply indicate Industry Participant.

Please note that our grant will not be able to cover your two nights of lodging.  However, we will make your hotel reservation for you and send you confirmation. If you would like to make changes or additions to your hotel stay, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
