ECE Ph.D. student awarded IBM Ph.D. Fellowship

Electrical and Computer Engineering Ph.D. student John Keane (advisor: Chris Kim) has been awarded an IBM Ph.D. Fellowship for 2008-2009. The recipients of this highly competitive award are selected from among several hundred nominations submitted from throughout the world. As such, it recognizes both the nominee's outstanding research potential, as well as the quality of the department and the university.
