I am pursing research in the fields of logic synthesis and computational biology, with the broad goal of applying expertise from the former to the latter. Current projects include: the synthesis of cyclic combinational circuits; design methodologies for digital circuits with noisy/probabilistic logic gates; and stochastic simulation techniques for biochemical systems with many species and many reaction channels.
